MNS1 Express uses website forms, contact links, and business tools to respond to driver applicants, shipper inquiries, marketing operations, and general company messages. We collect the information you choose to submit, such as name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, driver experience, and message details.

How we use information

We use submitted information to contact you about employment opportunities, respond to freight and shipper requests, provide support, and improve website performance. We do not sell applicant or shipper contact information.

Recruiting and hiring

Driver application information may be reviewed by recruiting, safety, and operations staff to evaluate fit, schedule follow-up, and complete required hiring steps.

Employee operational text messaging

Active MNS1 Express employee drivers may choose to receive low-volume, person-to-person SMS or MMS messages from individually assigned MNS1 Express business telephone numbers. If you participate, we use your mobile number, consent and opt-out status, and message content to provide dispatch, load coordination, pickup and delivery status, schedule changes, safety information, and work-related support.

Your mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your SMS opt-in data or consent with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the MNS1 Express employee messaging program.

We may share personal data, including your mobile number and SMS consent status, with service providers that help us provide the messaging program, including communications platform providers, phone companies, and vendors that assist in delivering text messages, or when disclosure is required by law. These providers may use the information only to deliver those services on our behalf.

You may opt out of the employee messaging program at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance or call 630-246-3280. Opting out stops program messages but does not automatically delete records that MNS1 Express must retain for employment, safety, legal, or regulatory purposes.

Meta ads and social media tools

MNS1 Express may use Meta business tools, including the Meta Marketing API, to manage and measure Facebook and Instagram advertising for MNS1 Express and related recruiting or shipper campaigns. These tools may provide access to business assets such as ad accounts, campaigns, ads, creatives, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, audiences, and performance insights.

Information from Meta business tools is used for internal advertising operations, campaign reporting, budget management, recruiting analysis, and content performance measurement. We do not sell data received through Meta business tools.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of data associated with MNS1 Express website forms or Meta-connected business tools by following the instructions on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
